1. Website publisher
Cogitans publishes cogitans.fr. For any privacy question or to exercise a right, email contact@cogitans.fr.
2. Policies applicable to each section
Processing activities vary according to the service you use. Details are available in the following policies.
- Free tools and games: local processing, functional storage, and advertising on monetized pages.
- Froggy et la fille du prince book: external content, seller links, and limited click measurement.
3. Data processed throughout the website
Viewing a page necessarily transmits technical data to the server and its hosting infrastructure, including the IP address, date, requested resource, and browser information. This data is used to deliver the website, secure it, and diagnose errors.
The website currently provides no user account or data collection form. When you contact Cogitans by email, your address and message are used to handle your request.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Some features store preferences or work state locally in your browser. This information remains on your device unless the policy for the relevant page states otherwise.
Monetized pages may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising after consent has been collected. The consent choice itself is stored so that your decision can be respected.
5. Advertising
Some tool or game pages may display Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may then use cookies, identifiers, the IP address, and device information to deliver, personalize, and measure ads according to the choices made in the consent management platform.
Advertising is enabled only on pages that present a consent message. Other pages do not load AdSense. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.
6. Retention and recipients
Emails are retained for the time required to handle the request and follow up on the relationship. Technical logs are retained for the time required to secure and operate the service.
Advertising processing, recipients, and retention periods are presented by the consent management platform when you make a choice. Some providers may process data outside the European Union under their contractual safeguards and respective policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on the processing activity, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. You may withdraw advertising consent through the privacy settings available on monetized pages.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
