1. Scope
This policy applies to the Froggy et la fille du prince page. It supplements the general privacy policy.
2. Advertising and local storage
The book page contains no Google AdSense advertising and does not load the advertising consent platform. It does not save preferences in browser local storage.
3. Images provided by external services
The book cover and author photograph load from livres.bookelis.com. Purchase QR codes load from api.qrserver.com. When the browser requests these images, the relevant provider receives the technical data required for the request, including the IP address and browser information. The website referrer policy limits the information sent about the originating page.
4. Limited campaign measurement
Measurement occurs only when the page address contains all three required campaign parameters: cgtn_affiliate, cgtn_campaign, and cgtn_product. The browser then sends analytics.cogitans.fr the campaign values present in the address, the event type, and, for a purchase click, the seller name.
The JSON content sent contains no name, email address, or advertising identifier. As with any HTTP request, the server also receives the technical data required for the connection, including the IP address and browser information. This measurement uses neither cookies nor local storage.
5. Sample and seller links
The PDF sample is served by cogitans.fr. Purchase buttons lead to Amazon or Bookelis. Once you follow one of these links, the seller applies its own privacy policy and may process information sent by your browser.
6. Retention and recipients
Technical visit data is available to the providers required for hosting and security. Campaign measurements are available to Cogitans and the provider hosting analytics.cogitans.fr. They are retained for the time required to monitor campaigns and secure the service.
7. Your rights and contact
Depending on the processing activity, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. To exercise a right or ask a question, email contact@cogitans.fr.
